How to request a refund

Email us at contact@afrivita.net within 7 calendar days of your purchase, from the email address used at checkout, with:

Your payment reference (found in your confirmation email), and
A short note telling us what didn't meet your expectations — this is optional, but it helps us improve.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider. Refunds are typically initiated within 2 business days of your request, and the funds usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or mobile money provider.

Scope

This guarantee applies to all ebook and bundle purchases made directly on afrivita.net. Requests made more than 7 days after purchase are handled at our discretion — write to us anyway; we always aim to find a fair solution, as we would much rather resolve any issue directly with you.
